Balsamic with greens and goat or feta cheese:
Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, lemon, a spoonful of homemade apple butter for thickening and sweetening. Mix and pour over mixed greens and any number of chopped vegetables and shredded blue cheese, goat cheese or feta cheese and strawberries.
Braggs and Lemon with Kale:
Equal parts of braggs amino acids, fresh lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well and pour over kale, grated carrot, scallions, pistachio nuts, dried cherries or cranberries.
Lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper:
Fresh lemon squeezed and olive oil drizzled over salad spinach, scallions, feta cheese.
Fresh pepper grind and coarse grind Himalayan sea salt.
These are simple, fresh and delicious. Any of the greens, cheese, and strawberries are available at the markets!
